Generally seen in the canopy in small groups, and often near abandoned oropendola nests, where they make their nests.

Similar looking to Lesser Kiskadee; note yellow throat and possibly thicker longer brow. More closely related to White-ringed Flycatcher in the western part of South America and Central America.
