Genus Zentrygon, Quail-Doves, are the largest American doves, often over 30 cm. in length, and are generally seen on or near the ground and only inside the forest.

A large Quail-Dove. Compare to similar Lined Quail-Dove, but note blue-grey crown. Generally found at over 2000m, usually on the ground.
