Volcano Hummingbird (Selasphorus flammula simoni) Male
Volcan Poas, Costa Rica
  A small hummingbird found in three volcanic areas. The male has a different color throat in each. This is race 'simoni' from Volcan Poas, while race 'torridus' has a 'purplish-green' gorget (HBW).
