Specious Tyrannulet

Once called the [Venezuelan Tyrannulet], but those in the Santa Marta and Perija mountain ranges are now called Specious Tyrannulet. Found at higher altitudes than other Zimmerius in its range (Golden-faced and [Coopmans's Tyrannulet]).

Similar to, and split from the [Golden-faced Tyrannulet], but even smaller. In the range of the [Specious Tyrannulet], which includes Santa Marta and Perija, Coopman's is found at lower altitudes.
